Clean and simple
The room was small and older -- but clean, with modern plumbing. Staff was very friendly, and helpful when I called to make the reservation.
We stayed there three nights in October and would definitely stay there again. The rooms were not elegant by any means, just very simple: beds, mini-fridge, desk, tv, closet and bathroom. Nothing else! (well, okay, and a patio outside.)
Most rooms were half of a duplex, I some units had the whole duplex as one rental. Also, some of the units had space where an R.V. could've pulled up.
Unique Quality: There were a few fat-n-happy looking sheep in the pasture right behind some of the units. The whole place was very pastoral.
