Hailing back to 1862, the St. George Hotel provides an off the beaten path place to stay when touring the Gold Country. The hotel describes its rooms as "staying with Grandma". Some of the upstairs rooms have balconies. All are decorated differently and named after old Gold Rush towns.
The rooms have base board heaters, patchwork quilts and no phones or televisions. All but the detached bungalow rooms have shared baths. The bungalow rooms have internet access.
All rooms come with continental breakfast. There is dining on site.
