*WARNIING* INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!
Well, let me say the location is great. You can walk anywhere and if you prefer, you have the convience of public transportation in the immediate area. Staff is a mixed review. You have many that are nice and some just do not care. You have one, named "Alex" and she is the rudest, most ignorant individual ever. She is not only not helpful but has a wicked *** poor attitude. She's a wannabe actress and only "works" at the hostel because she gets to stay there for free. The BIGGEST problem there is the ever ongoing, nontreated issue of bed bugs. This place is INFESTED!! I got bit on two occasions. The first time, I thought they were some mosquito bites as I have never seen a bedbug much less have a clue that these were bites from bed bugs. The second time, my roommate woke me up and asked if I had gotten bitten because she had red welts on both of her arms and well let's just say I freaked because I had over twenty bites from my ankles to my arms and even on my hands. It was awful! We both went to the front desk to complain and all was offered to us was a mere room change. These people are not treating the infestastion properly. Do not stay there. All items had to be washed and luggage had to be thrown out when brought home. It's not worth it. Bed bugs are very expensive to treat properly. Multiple treatments over $600.00 are in order in order to cure this problem. You'll never ever get rid of them otherwise.
