Rudest hotel in Woodland Hills
The rudeness was stunning. We'll never use Comfort Inn again. My father arrived for breakfast at 9:00am, well before the 9:30 closing, and was informed that all the food had been eaten. The staff attitude: "Tough luck." He needed to eat before taking his medication and we asked if he could have a light snack. Answer: "I'm too busy for that!" A half hour later my father was lightheaded from lack of food and medication, fell down and we spent the morning at Kaiser emergency (which was very friendly!). Later I told the hotel manager, Mr. Tan, about the incident; he said we were lying because his staff told him breakfast was served until 9:30. With a friendly Holiday Inn just up the street, why would we ever go to this awful Comfort Inn again?
