"Just a long weekend"
My buddy Harris gave it all up to go be a ski bum out at Beaver Creek. I don't have the nerve and honestly wouldn't mind graduating college, so I just decided to reap the benefits of his decision.
Parking to get up the mountain is on Eagle Road, which is where I stayed in his apartment. The area isn't as touristy as say, Vail, and you can tell that real people live in this area. It was a unique glimpse at reality behind a vacation destination.
Above is the main lift at Beaver Creek. The lift line to the far left is for Ski School...there, now you don't have to make the mistake I made three times.
