Disappointing

Although you can't ask for a better location...this hotel leaves something to be desired. The rooms are incredibly small and the beds feel like a piece of foam on a board. Location is really the only redeeming factor, as it is really about 100 ft. from the lifts/ski rental locations/main street/etc. If you don't care about your room and just want to be close to the action...then this would be the place for you. Personally, I would prefer to walk a couple more feet and have a room that is more welcoming and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at the Village at Breck for our first ski trip. The location can't be beat. Right at the base of peak 9, the lift is literally out the back door. Our room was a liftside studio that faced the mountain, so we had a great view of the slopes, pool, and the kids ski school. I sat in the chair each morning looking out the window and couldn't believe how lucky we were. The room isn't for room snobs, it is a good room with a great location. I don't go on vacation to sit in my room!! Everything you need is at the resort...equipment, lessons, medical center, shopping, and dining is just steps away. I will be staying again......ask for a room with a view of the slopes.
Great value and location

My husband and I stayed in a studio unit in January. The hotel has an excellent location; we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Check-in was quick and we had no trouble with parking.
The room exceeded our expectations. We had booked a discounted room through our season ski pass and were very pleased with the value. The room was large with a full kitchen and couch. Everything was clean. We also used the outdoor hottub which was nice. Although the resort was crowded, we had a hottub to ourselves. We would definitely stay again.

stayed one night at the village at breckenridge in may. great location just off one end of main street. it was off season and the place seemed deserted. the room was large but fairly tired with dirty carpet, old wall paper and furniture missing knobs etc. no breakfast provided but plenty of places just down the street. overall not bad but could use some tlc and renovation.
