We stayed for 1 Saterday night in the Renaissance Boulder Suites At Flatiron. This has been my wife's favorite hotel. It seemed deserted during the weekend, which suited us. The service is quite nice and we were dismayed to find we never got to use the revolving door as the doorman was far to diligent to hold the door when we were seen to arrive. The Checkout area was very nice as well. The room was beutifull and overlooked the mountains above Boulder. OUr room was on the 7th floor and looked towards the East. I would assume most of the rooms have a great view, though. The amenities were fantastic. Everything from soap to a sewing kit and shoe polish was to be found in the nicely sived bathroom. We enjoyed watching Flatirons at dusk from our window while sitting on our bed in the comfortable robes supplied as well. Our room also had a fold out couch in the sitting area. I would definately recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing area close to Flatirons.
Unique Quality: The pool looked nice, though we did not get a chance to swim this trip. The Hotel sits up on a hill giving a great view of the surrounding area. There is also a nice 4 star restraunt on site! The Facilities are beutifull and there is a trolley that takes guests anround the Flatiron complex to many of the shops and the mall. Prices are normally around 120 per night, but we were able to secure a anights stay at about half using a "name your price" online site.
Directions: Just drive around Flatirons till you see it.
