Very nice hotel and great location!
We recently stayed here for 1 day as part of a Seminar. The staff couldn't do enough for us. From the housekeeper to the front desk, everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. The stay was excellent on all fronts. We requested Towels and they actually took just 5 mins to arrange the towel. There Customer Service was very speedy. Staff was awesome and helpful that saved us a lot of money. The rooms were large and clean. Rooms came with a fridge and microwave . The rooms had well working WIFI. The hotel is located near to the Garden of the Gods Park, University of Colorado Springs. I would recommend anyone stay here...you won't regret.

HEADS - GUEST WINS, TAILS HOTEL LOSES
I am glad to write this note of appreciation to the hotel, even without them asking for it. They have played an important role not only in treating me like a VIP but also be understanding and appreciating the value of friendship. The picturesque location, amply spacious rooms and modern fixtures and gadgets in bathroom makes this hotel a real home away from home.
Room Service was excellent and customer oriented, they kept on asking for my feedback and kept on improvising on them. As a traveler and review writer, I always look at the things minutely and wonder what if my review does not reflect other’s ‘expectations from the hotel?
Hence I try to balance positive with negative. The areas where I think the hotel can improve are being little more attentive to drainage and cleanliness in HK. The other is house keeping which can be adjusted according to the convenience of the guests.
Unique Quality: I would allot 4/5 grades to this hotel, for what they might be lacking in any amenities, they make it up with their friendly staff. They are well trained to respond appropriately to the customers' mood. I recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues and of course the public at large.
