A Positive Experience
I stayed here in the springtime, using it as a base for several excursions in Denver. My high school class was on senior sneak, and we wanted a place in the middle of town. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. While parking was a hassle, as it is anywhere in Denver, the location right in the heart of town on 16th Street is unparelleled. From my two queen room with 12 foot vaulted ceiling, I could look out my floor to ceiling window and watch everything happening on the street below. The hotel employees were adequate, we didn't talk with them much. Rates were very reasonable for a room downtown. The hotel had a very social lobby, with a lounge and tv that made a great meeting place before heading out. There looked to be rather nice meeting space downstairs as well. One thing to be noted: business center was terrible. While the facilities were all there, the computers crashed every five minutes and we couldn't make any use of the room. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay and I hope to return.
Unique Quality: View: Excellent, I could lay in bed and people watch all day!
Pool: Dissapointing. I saw it advertised as a lap pool, but it wasn't longer than fifteen feet. Hot tub was nice though.
Business Center: We'll say out of order. I should have been.
Food: The hotel had a private door to the Starbucks on 16th Street. Oh ya, love me some java.
Entertainment: 16th Street Rocks! Also within walking distance of Pepsi Center.
