Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport

One of the problematic aspects of Denver's airport is that it is miles away from everything, including airport hotels. The closest hotels to DIA are 5-10 miles away. The Hilton Garden Inn is one of several located in an area known as Gateway Park.

The hotel is your standard, excuse the pun, garden variety business hotel. The rooms are Hilton standard and there's a restaurant which serves bland but quick meals for those dashing off to a meeting or to catch a flight.

Prices are pretty high here, so I wouldn't recommend this unless you need to be as close to the airport as possible.

Unique Quality: The hotel has shuttle service to the airport, which operates about every half hour. That's not unique, as most airport hotels do, but it is prompt. Since its a business oriented hotel, high speed internet access is offered (for free, which is a perk) and there's a business center.

Since you'll tire quickly of the hotel's food, several restaurants, including Appelbees and Outback, are located nearby.
