Expectations are evrything

We knew that we were paying for a cheap motel and that's what we got. For the low low price we paid, we were happy to receive a clean room and bathroom in a convenient location. We are not the type of people who like to pay too much for upgraded accommodations since we spent most of our waking hours siteseeing and enjoying the Rocky Mountains. The lack of AC didn't bother us, even in August. When temperatures were at the highest, we were out and about. Evening temperatures were 40's and 50's (in August). Besides, you can pay $200/night at the well-knowned hotel and still get no AC. If you're looking for a pampering resort, don't go here. If you're looking for a reasonable, affordable place to sleep and shower, this is a good choice.
