Located on Horizon Dr-7th St in the north sector, it is new and perched on top of a hill, on the east side of street. The greeters are over friendly and helpful to a point that if you listen to them long enough, you will have no time to tour. The intentions are well received, though
The best BBQ in western Colorado is at Rib City! Two locations. 2930 North Avenue in Grand Junction, and 15 miles to the west, 455 Kokopelli Blvd, in Fruita. I recommend the "tips" which are sweet and tender, best for the seniors in your group.
I fell in love with this country 19 years ago and I always come back for vacation as often as I can! Also my boyfriend was amazed by this great countryside and the friendly people living there. We love to visit and see all of the great National Parks in that area. So far been to Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Arizona and Nevada. Hope there will be much more!!!
