An Illusion of Grandeur

Western Riviera is something of a conundrum/catch 22 in its business operations, customer service, accommodating the needs of travelers, and their lodging. Our company contacted Western Riviera seeking long term accommodations for several months. At first, they appeared to be very helpful but this mirage of helpfulness rapidly dissipated once they were on the verge of executing their version of what they considered fair and equitable. This contract of theirs was riddled from head-to-toe with catch-22's - you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. Their management, customer service, structures, lodging, furnishings, technology, attentiveness, was much the same as everything else - an utter waste of time and space.

This particular lodging experience is something of a nightmare waiting in the mists for the intrepid traveler - who either has very little experience in traveling or fears the mere thought of taking a closer look before signing on the dotted line.

Western Riviera is only an illusion of grandeur by their standards instead of industry standards. Remember an illusion is only an illusion whereas reality is reality. Western Riviera is only an illusion and nothing more.
