Another sunny and only slightly chilly a.m. It'll be hot today. A bit hot for rock climbing, but what can you do. Perfect weather is hard to come by, and this is darn close to perfect.
Took a walk for a bit up the country road leading past the Shelafo's ranch house. The road is straight out of "The Bridges of Madison County". There's nothing like a serene setting and a cool, crisp a.m. to revitalize a weary solo traveler.
I love the rejuventaing power of a beautiful morning. The slightly chilled air tingles against your skin while the sun warms you at the same time. It shakes of all the bad feeling and totally recharges you. That's why I come out to places like this. To recharge myself mentally.
