Bed and Breakfast
A beautiful B and B located in a small, off the beaten path city. Its in a very nice Victorian home on a corner lot with beautiful landscaping.
The neighborhood is safe, plenty of parking, good access to public transport, about 1 mile from the city's riverwalk and downtown shopping.

Cripple Creek (small gambling town) 70mi/120km

Unique Quality: I can't comment about the inside of the facility or the services, as I have never stayed here.
As for their prices I would recommend taking a look at their web site. They offer several different types of packages, rather than a rate per person
