This Is Where It's Happening!
If you want a nice, quiet, out of the way condominium for your stay in Steamboat, then this is not the place for you.
If you want to stay at a place that's ski-in/out directly at the base, that you only have to take the elevator down for some slopeside apres ski, then this is the place!
We did not need a car here since we were at the base and could walk to shopping, skiing and more. When we wanted to go into town, we just jumped on their free shuttle!
Unique Quality: Where do I start?
They have a southwestern style decor that is just beautiful, from the lobbies to the rooms.
The rooms have balconies, refridgerators, dial-up internet, cable and Nintendo.
They also have cribs, strollers, high chairs, room monitors and toys for rent.
There is a 60 ft. outdoor swimming pool, and several roof-top spas where you can see the mountain as the sun sets.
They have a spa that looked wonderful, but I didn't have a chance to use any services.
There's a great fitness center with a sauna and lots of great cardio and strength training machines.
There's a ski valet, and overnight storage as well as a ski shop.
Also, there's a business center which has internet access, copiers and faxes too.
They have a Starbuck's, restaurants, and a bar.
Room rates are approx. $250 per night
