Conveniently Located
The Crowne Plaza, part of the Holiday Inn chain, is located just off the Interstate highway system, very close to downtown Hartford. It is nothing out of the ordinary, just a basic comfortable hotel with the usual amenities - including, in my case, free internet access service to deal with the deluge of office email !
Unique Quality: A very nice breakfast area, comfortable rooms and within about 10-15 minutes walkiing distance of the impressive downtown attractions of Hartford. I paid US$156 per night, including taxes.
