Because the casino is quite large, there are parking reminders at the entrance to the casino after you have parked your car.
You don't have to worry about remembering where you parked your car, just grab a reminder on your way into the casino and store in a safe place and then don't worry about it.
As you leave the casino, take your reminder out and you'll know exactly where you are parked, quite easy and simple.
The casino is quite large, and if you have a preference as to where you would like to go or need some assitance in finding a particular place to eat, drink, gamble, then the Casino directory is a good place to start.
The directories are located throughout the casion with location of everything you can find within the casino, including cash machine locations, bathrooms, restaurants, bars, entertainment, convenient shops, etc.
Most people who come to Mohegan Sun are here to try a bit of luck at either the table or slots, but if you aren't into gambling, why not spend some time shopping at the may shops found here at Mohegan Sun.
If you do spend time playing, then maybe you can spend some of those winnings of some high end shopping. Ferni and I never leave any casino without treating ourselves to something we don't need but want, especially after some great winnings :)
One thing I really like about Mohegan Sun (and Foxwoods) is that there is no fee to park your car in the various lots located in the casino. There are three main in door parking lots and there are various outdoor parking as well. If you happen to park away from the casino there are shuttle buses that pick you up and drop you off at the nearest casino entrance.
Ferni and I usually park at either Casino of the Wind or Sky, the Summer Entrance parking lot is now open as well.
You can also valet park your car (for a fee).
Every casino you will go to will have NON Smoking areas and Mohegan Sun is no different. True, most of the "slot" players are smokers, but smoking is NOT allowed at the poker rooms.
So if you aren't a smoker, just wander around and find an area where smoking is prohibited, believe me, there are many people who don't smoke.
