Moonlit stroll on beach. Sit and people-watch with a nice frozen yogurt from TCBY. Buy some clothes and T-shirts for everyone back home, no sales tax here.
Crepe Papillion Cafe`
by tpangelinan
It is like a French Cafe` in the middle of Rehoboth! You will love the food here. Fruit Tarts, and Croissants, but the Fruit Crepes keep the locals comming back for more. Once when in town, we asked a poor (French) student who lived there where to grab breakfast. She recommended here, and said it tasted like home. We have been regulars ever since.
Crepe with strawberries $4.75
Coffee $1.50
Muffin $2.75
Chicken Salad Sandwich $6.25
Rehoboth--Delaware's Gay Beach
by Ewingjr98
Rehoboth is well known as both a popular beach for families and those with an alternative lifestyle. It has a population of just about 1,500 people, but it expands to some 75,000 on busy summer weekends as people flood the hotels, inns, and vacation rental homes. By some estimates as many as 200 local bars, restaurants, shops, and lodging accommodations are gay owned. The local hotspot for straight nightlife is just a mile or two south in Dewey Beach.
