Star of the Sea Condominiums: Rehoboth's Hidden Gem
I have been going to Rehoboth since I was a kid & continue to visit with my children. We always stay at the Star of the Sea & love it! It's very quiet & peaceful. The rooms are very nice - even the efficiencies. I love to sit on the balcony & just listen to the waves roll in. Every room has an ocean view. It is located right on the boardwalk so you are very close to the beach which is very convenient when travelling with children. Also, has a full kitchen so it's easy to save money by eating in when you can like for breakfast or lunch.
You do have to bring all your own linens & towels. They have a service that will rent you linens for a week but the price is ridiculous. It is best to get your reservation in early because the rooms go fast. It may be a little more expensive than some of the other places in Rehoboth but it is well worth it!

Atlantic Oceanside Motel: Atlantic Oceanside Motel
I recently stayed in Dewey Beach, Delaware, a hop, skip , and jump from Rehoboth Beach and saved 50 percent on my hotel cost. The jolly trolley operates from Rehoboth to Dewey this was a shuttle service. The motel was clean and economical and I saved a bunch. Customer Service was friendly and family oriented and we were in the beach block. Brought back memories of the beach with my own family. Cheers.
They have an outdoor heated pool and exchange students from every country. Great restaurants within walking distance and beautiful view of the bay.

Various: Lots of rentals
I spent about an hour strolling around the neighborhoods right along the oceanfront and noticed a lot of houses with rental signs. The choice of lodging in this category is varied. You'll see some smaller, simpler homes and some that are gorgeous and extravagant. This option doesn't have to be outrageously expensive if you have a group of people going to the beach and you're all willing to split the cost.

Rehoboth Beach Econolodge: A decent hotel in Rehoboth Beach
We were in Rehoboth Beach twice, once in April and once in September, both times were great. I don't think in the summer when it is crowded, it would be my kind of place.
But in the off-season it's beautiful (more the seaside than the town) there, and it's an easy 2-hour-drive from Philadelphia.
Both times we stayed at the Econolodge; it was decent and clean and not too expensive for Rehoboth Beach. I think we paid about 59 or 69$ for a double room. There was nothing special about the motel, but it was fine.
Sometimes they have specials, and you can get away paying relatively little.
There was an outdoor pool, of course not opened when I was there.

Avenue II: Close to the Boardwalk
Recently renovated, clean spacious rooms, close to all activities, hot tub, pool, a Day Spa, and parking. The rooms were nice, and very quite.

Marina Suites: Wanna stay in a sweet room?
Marina Suites in Dewey Beach is a NICE place to stay! They have suites with a king bed, sleeper sofa, jacuzzi, fireplace, and the shower is big enough for two! These rooms also have fridge and microwave. Each suite has a private balcony with a view of the bay.
I've never stayed during the summer, not many people I know have that kind of money! But if you make a trip to the area in off season, look to pay $60/night with AAA rates.
Prices below are for peak season: June - August $250/night double occupancy

Anchorage Motel: Hotels are hotels in Rehoboth
We stayed at a hotel a little outside of the main city of Rehoboth. It's right on 1, and it's a decent little place. It's better than some rooms you'd get closer to the beach, for a better price.
No amenities, really, no pool. You can get a fridge in your room which is great for keeping your beers cold! No more messy coolers to get spilled!
Prices below are based on peak rates. June - August
