I did not care for the night service. The front desk guy did not seem to know to well what was going on and lacked customer service skills. The day people need to share information with him. For ex we made reservations with shuttle and called twice, he said we were not listed. The other workers in the hotel were more polite and made the stay much more enjoyable.
They provide shuttle service but you must reserve. This is also not guaranteed because the maintenance men are also the shuttle drivers and it depends on who is on call for that day. All of them do not know how to drive.
There is a restaurant in there that is very expensive
There is a pool, business center, free wifi and small gym.
Beds are comfortable and rooms are big. Housekeeping does a good job in keeping the rooms clean.
Rooms are not fully soundproof because you can hear people in the hall and to make matters worst we were near the stairs.
Across the street from a tiny mall and around the corner from another tiny mall. Not too far from Concorde mall. Across the street from the 1 and 61 buses. 2 mi from the claymount septa train station.
