Absolutely Wonderful
this is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are spacious and all the units are condo units. they all have 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen a living room, and a screened in veranda overlooking the water and the price is very low for such a great view and wonderful room. The prices range from $139-$229 depending on the date you stay and the room you choose and our room was 1100square feet thats like as big as our house. the rooms range from 600sf to 1100sf and most of the rooms have 2 bedrooms. I was sipping wine on our veranda and watched the sunset right from our room it was beautiful in every way. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the best service and nicest room in apalachicola fl the Water Street Hotel is just perfect. oh yeah and did i mention they have a pool!!!
Unique Quality: has pool, great view iI'm talking right on the water, rooms are very spacious, 2 bath, full kitchen, a washer and dryer right in the room. fridge, dishwasher everything you need to live for months right in the room all you need to do is bring yourself and they even sell wine and beer so you never even have to leave oh and the best part they have personal shoppers say you need groceries but are to tired from relaxing all day they'll go get you what ever you need and just charge it to your room. I never even had to lift a finger. best pampering ever

When people ask where to go in Florida to get away from the theme parks and crowded beaches, I always recommend Apalachicola first. It hasn't totally escaped the rampant growth everywhere that land touches water in this state, but it's grown with more dignity than most places. It's a laid-back town that's close to beautiful beaches (but not beachfront), surrounded by Florida wilderness (Apalachicola National Forest, Tate's Hell State Forest, St Vincent National Wildlife Refuge, and the list goes on...), and populated with good restaurants, classy accomodations, and even classier residents. We're lucky to have it so close to home.
