There is no camping on the mainland portion of Biscayne National Park, nor are there any park hotels. But if you want to do something different, take a boat out to Boca Chita or Elliott Key and camp out for a night or two.
Camping is permitted year round, although obviously not a good idea when a hurricane warning is in place. Both islands have designated campgrounds which can be reached by boat or kayak. The park's concessionaire provides transportation over to the islands.
Your own private island for camping. You might encounter other campers out here, but its never going to be a full house.
