The question you have asked is something that cannot be answered here.
VT is a travel information website and not a travel agent and therefore cannot take bookings for hotels/transport etc.
You may get an answer from a member as to the price of the trip but you will not be able to book it via VT.
You can plan on about USD $25-40 per person for the 45 mile drive.
Depending on mode of travel and current traffic conditions, you should allow approximately 1 - 2 hours to get to Bradenton and Sarasota from Tampa International Airport.
