Superb Condos with excellent facilities!
I have stayed at Shorewalk on numerous occassions and each time I have had a wonderful time. The condos are superb, spacious rooms including the master bedroom (double bed and single bed) with en suite and huge walk in wardrobe, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathrom opposite. Kitchen with appliances and breakfast table, large lounge area with tv and also a large dining table. Theres a washing machine too (handy if you have kids). Also a balcony/veranda. Always clean and tidy and the maintanance staff are always helpful. The site has 2 large swimming pools and 2 jacuzzis (again always clean), 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard and table tennis. The site is set in lovely grounds with a number lakes that you can fish in. A short walk away ( all less than 10 mins) there are numerous restarants, a publix supermarket, take aways, a cinema, a bowling alley, shops, salons etc everything you need! The beach is a 10 min drive down Cortez road and then over the bridge wich spans the intercoastal waterway (gorgeous views), the beach is gorgeous: white sand and turquoise seas, you can spot dolphins too. (and always stop for a homemade ice cream at Joes!!) Great attractions nearby are Ellenton Shopping mall, Mote Marine Aquarium, MOSI science museum for the kids up in Tampa and of course Busch Gardens, the beach and loads more! Im going back in June and can't wait!!
