The Inn at Cocoa Beach
I had a very pleasant stay here during peak season. The rooms, lobby and grounds have a very 'homey' feel to them.
Unique Quality: This is a family-owned hotel. You can't get friendly service like this at the chain hotels....
They have a self-service bar in a beautiful lounge area. Grab a beer or Mix a drink, and just tell them about it in the morning.... The honor system.
The European continental breakfast served in the morning was delicious!

Great for those that love gardens
We escaped to Cocoa Beach after a business trip in Orlando. Unfortunately, my husband wore himself out in Orlando and was a little tired/grumpy by the time we got to this inn. I think it's charm was missed on him, but I loved it.
Unique Quality: I loved the garden by the seaside quality of this inn. It added to the tropical feeling and I think it was very unusual. There is a fountain in the courtyard that I loved, but my husband was disappointed that it covered the sound of the waves. There are several parrots on the property and people are really friendly.

I loved the garden by the seaside quality of this inn. It added to the tropical feeling and I think it was very unusual.
