Best in the Business
An excellent staff with the added benefit of location. While I would say that my initial impression was estimated to be
"satisfactory", I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was wrong. Both Laura and Rosa were very nice and gave advice regarding
staying within our budget. I would also say that the front desk staff (Jessica, Estella, Nousta, Careliz, George, Miriam and Latoya)
were also very helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure that fresh coffee was out every morning, as well as calling for more when
the pot went dry or was simply cold. Lastly, I would like to say that Willy (the bar tender) was also very cheerful. You could
always rely on him to do the "little things" and go out of his way (and beyond his job requirements) and really made the atmosphere
warm and friendly.
The only thing that would have been nice would be to have a small place to purchase snacks early on. After having informed the staff
of this minor inconvenience, they are now in the process of installing such a place. This showed me that they also take customer
comments very seriously, which is something that you do not see every day.
Definitely 5 stars in my book.
