Destin's Majestic Sun
We stayed in a 2 BR/2 BA condo. It was an owner's unit (512A). The decor was a little dated, but it was clean and roomy. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony, which was a tad small. There was a tv in both bedrooms, as well as the living room. The unit also had a washer/dryer and full kitchen, as do all the units here. I have stayed at this condo 4 times in different units and have been pleased. However, next time I will stay somewhere with private beach access. You have to cross old hwy 98 to get to the beach, which is no problem, but the Majestic Sun is on a public beach access. Cars park along the road and it gets a little too crowded. We had complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, and the people from the public beach access set up right in front of us all three days. And their kids took our kids' beach toys! Also, some children were playing very close to us while we were laying out and kicked sand all over. Other than that, it was a great condo. Also, for a condo this size the pool seemed a little small. I think the indoor pool might have been larger than the outdoor pool.
Unique Quality: Overall, great view, good location (close to restaurants and Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores, etc.), nice place. Also convenient to many nice golf courses.
