While it's no resort, it is a great value. It's just across the street of the beach -- only a few minutes' walk to its own entrance to the beach. It's conveniently located on the main street so driving to dinner or to clubs is cake!
The keep the place pretty clean. I've stayed at Club Destin twice and have never had any major complaints.
Unique Quality: Indoor pool. Suites available. A good value for the area.

This beachfront property is by far the nicest place we've ever stayed in Destin. We decided to try something different since we were going so early in the season & were able to get spring rates. We were on the 15th floor & had a great view from our balcony.
Unique Quality: There is an indoor & outdoor pool, tiki bar, beach service meaning you can rent beach chairs & an umbrella for a fee, fitness center, massage therapist on site, and a little convenience/souvenir store. Unique Quality: We had a great view of the ocean from our condo. This picture was taken from our balcony as the sun was setting.
Well we arrived July 26th at 1:30 with a sick child and the snobby girl at the front desk couldnt get a hold of a manager about and early checkin. Once 3:00 rolled around, no one called us about checkin and we were told checkin was 3-5 not 3 as we were told when booking. The manager/supervisor was rude when i inquired why we were told 3:00 and sent back 4 keys and a room number and never spoke a word to us. And then there's the beach. they put 100 umbrella's with chairs so close to the beach, you can lay in front of them and not get wet. they then charge 25 dollars per day for them and the owners purchase them for the whole week and the people staying never get to sit in the front row near the water, so now you cant let your kids go play without going with them since you have to lay out behind three rows of umbrellas and your view of the water is blocked.
If you want to go to the beach, go to pensacola or panama city where public beaches still exist. 1000 dollars for three nights and cant even sit on the water. what a horrible trip. We will not stay here again and anyone i can talk to to convince them wont either.
We've been the last two years and this August will be our 3rd we've always stayed at the SunDestin and couldn't say enough good things about it.
Great Location, Great Costumer Service, and have been very helpful in making our vacations in Destin perfect.
I think in August when we stay it's between 175.00 to 200.00 a night, but we stay in a very nice Condo

This is the inside of the condo we had on the 15th floor. It is 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, sleeps 6 (double bed, bunks in the hall, and pull out couch), balcony facing the ocean, kitchen with utensils, TV with VCR & DVD player, and a stereo.

This is the tiki bar on the other side of the indoor pool & near the hot tub. We never took advantage of it, but one time we had someone asking if we wanted to order drinks on the beach in our beach rental chairs & umbrella. I assume she came from this area.
