I have NOT stayed at the Inn. However, I do know one other way to get there - you can work for someone who has access to the island. For instance if you are crew on a yacht, or if you work for a building contractor.
In any case, celebraties like to stay here because there is no fear of paparazzi.
A regular room in the low season (summer) is $550/night. At the high season it will be over $1000/night. That is according to a recent Travel Channel show on the Inn at Fisher Island.
