Is there any shuttles or taxi deals from Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood International Aiport to the Port of Miami?
There are shuttles from Ft.Laud Airport to Port of Miami. They might be slow, and make stops at Port Everglades, Miami Airport, and several hotels along the way, but they will take you right to your ship without having to schlepp your luggage around from train to train (Tri-Rail and Metrorail). Should be around $20.
If you forget what day it is because you are so totally relaxed, don't worry. The days of the week are on the bottom of the elevator floors and changed daily. On one of our cruises the kids must have been bored and decided to take the day plate and hide it on the poor guy whose job it is to change the day.
A small circus inside the main building and I sorry my flash didn't work so this is not a good picture. The Swap Shope is also a drive-in-movie (I believe they have seven screen) that operate everynight.
Our last trip to Fort Lauderdale we had considerably more luggage than usual so we decided to skip the free shuttle and take a taxi. It was easy to find a taxi from the airport since there are plenty just standing by waiting for passengers. We found a nice driver and hopped into his sedan after the luggage was secured. The ride was only 8 minutes and rather comfortable. The fare came to $20 including tip.

The tour took us through the canals giving us an excellent layout of the waterways. We went past 'millionaire row' where you can see the many mansions on the waterfront. The guide gave a very interesting narrative.
They took us to a little island where we deboarded and were able to watch an alligator show and view several exoctic birds and monkeys.
We did three different boat tours while on this vacation. Even though this one was by far the most crowded it was the best over all. Ask for a 'window seat' so that you can get great pictures. Check out their web site.
