Actually the air and sea show has been cancelled for lack of a sponsor. McDonald's, which has been the primary sponsor the last few years, has decided not to pony up the money this year. Unless another sponsor is found very soon, the show will not go on.

Disabled Travelers

One thing I have noticed through our many cruises is how many disabled travelers are onbaord. We have spoken with several of them and they feel that cruising is disabled guest friendly. We have seen the special rooms, with roll in showers, special beds and larger door frames. The ships have plenty of elevators and flat surfaces for wheelchairs and scooters to navigate. Priority boarding and disembarking is also a perk for the disabled traveler.
We both found it great that the cruise industry caters to people with diabilities. So many destinations are often not friendly for those with mobility problems. Now all we have to do is convince Liz's Dad that he too can do a cruise just like so many other disabled people.

The store is very large. The clothes are shared between Men, women and children. For each type of clothes the goods are ordered by size.
But the proportion of hugly clothes is important. So be prepared to search.
The best brands are generaly put at the entrance of the store, near the cash registers.
The rolleys have a pole to be seen when they are left between two lines of clothes. Clothes and fine jewelry. Very cheap.

When you arrive at the airport, please look at the lovely artwork on the South side of the runway. If you travel on Griffin Road, the southern border of the airport, 300 meters east of I-95 is a large sculpture.
Asian Bistro in Coral Springs

Strip mall with a large modern restaurant. Tables were comfortable, service was attentive, it was a nice evening. The large sushi bar was stocked but didn't seem to get much action. Large bar in front was filled with people not drinking but waiting for their tables. The appetizers were a meal. We shared 6 of the largest & juciest spare ribs, chicken & shrimp lettuce leaf wraps and pad tai. Everything was so tasty & wonderful, portions were huge. Our waiter brought over more lettuce leaves.
