this moderate priced hotel/motel is located on US 41 near the bell tower shopping center near downtown fort myers. the clarion offers all the amenities that you would expect from a moderate hotel chain. the clarion has a sam seltzer's steakhouse on premises and a very nice pool bar. the rooms are much nicer in the hotel tower than in the old motel section. when on business this is the hotel i stay at because of it's value and location.

Simple rooms, nice garden..
We planned this hotel just as a stop so didn't want to spent to much on a hotel. When we arrived and had our key we drove up to our room. It was at the far end of the hotel and parking spaces over here where limited. There was no elevator, when walking up to our room i wasn't expecting to much just because of the way the outside corner of this hotel looked. But walking into the room all was just ok, it was a good room compared to it's price. We had paid $ 58,86 including al taxes for 2 persons and one night.
