Beach house: Rent a beach house!
Renting a beach house can be a great way to go, we always do this because we can fit the whole family. The one we rented here in Fort Myers Beach was perfect, it had all the things we wanted and was very comfy. Although we usually get a house right on the beach, this one was across the street but we could see the beach from the house! It had a great screened in pool, boat dock, very nice kitchen and much more. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding beaches and islands like Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Key, Bonita Springs all within 30 to 40 minutes or less.

Margaritaville rental: Best spot on the beach
Rented this beach front cottage 3/6 to 3/13 2010 Margaritaville. Very nice cottage on stilts.
Interior was recently remodeled, newer flooring, new windows. Excellent view of the beach
and everything up and down. The deck was great plus a huge pavered patio belowe
Parking was underneath the cottage as was the washer and dryer.
Spring breakers were here but the weather kept everyone
off the beach for more than half our stay. $1900 plus tax, plus $150. house keeping
charge. They try to sneek in trip insurance (Fun in the sun rentals) was well over $2200.
for the week. Gas tank was missing from the grill, was like pulling teeth to get a replacement but the maintenance guy got one to us. We loved the place but was a little pricey.
We could have done an all inclusive cruise for what this cost.
Great views, close to everything. Hooters within 100 feet. Everything else Fort Myers Beach
has to offer within easy walking distance ( or get the trolly.)
