It is relatively cheap. This is not a top rated steak place. They serve a standard quality meat. The service is so so. they are all kids,but then again this a university town. They have cheap beer. There is always a boiled peanut bucket at every table. Good key lime pie and it's agood place to take your student for dinner. Saw dust on the floor. Good steak menu variety. The T-Bone steak
Gainesville has a pretty nice preforming arts center. The center has local productions, concerts and even Broadway plays (like Cats etc)

Gainesville is a sweet college town in the middle of Florida. (translation--middle of nowhere)
It is home to the University of Florida, where both of my boys attend college.
I love this town, as in any college town there is a lot of energy.
