The Polk Hotel was also known as the Palm Crest Hotel, now part of Landmark Baptist College. A photo does appear in the following website: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polk_Hotel

Here is some more info: Polk Hotel also known as Palm Crest Hotel. The designer was Stevenson & Cameron Built in 1938 in a Renaissance style. Address is 800-810 Hinson Ave., Haines City, Florida, USA. I also found an article that shows the hotel in construction stage and final stage by scrolling down to pages four and five at website: http://www.polkcountyhistory.org/pdf/mar99.pdf
