I had a long stay at the Country Inn in Ocala during my business visit. My experience was outstanding. Everything from the breakfast, high speed internet, beds, rooms, staff was excellent. The location was very convenient and had many close by restaurants and business places.
I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

The very mention of honeymoon hotels still results in raising a few eyebrows. However, you will be surprised to know that the concept is not as new as it seems. Thomas Henkelmann Homestead Inn in Connecticut, for example, is a honeymoon hotel that is more than a century old. Its colonial style spacious bedrooms and lounges are still big hits among the newly wed.
One thing is for sure though: nothing can beat Florida, and particularly Miami as a honeymoon destination in the US. Some may swear by Las Vegas, others may vouch for San Francisco, but Florida’s endless beaches, beautiful weather and great social life provide a romantic setting that is just about perfect for honeymooning couples. Not surprisingly, it has more honeymoon hotels than any other place in the US.
It is difficult to choose the best among Florida’s many honeymoon hotels, but Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and Grand Cypress are the most popular ones. The Grand Cypress in Orlando is famous for its great décor and countless honeymoon activities, while the Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa speaks the last word in luxury and opulence.

I guess the hotel has undergone an extensive multi-million dollar renovation. Unfortunately, we don't know what it's like.
We made our reservation in July and arrived as schedule in early November. We ere kept waiting to check in for more than hour. We were initially told that there was a security sweep in progress, but we later discovered that half the rooms weren't ready for guests--the renovations weren't completed. We were sent to another hotel where the Fontainbleau staff had reserved a room for us.
We later discovered that almost everyone on Miami Beach knew that Fontainbleau was not ready for guests. Bartenders, waiters, taxi drivers all told us that the reopening was way behind schedule. But the Fontainbleau management never contacted us prior to our arrival to notify us that the hotel wasn't ready. We were pretty much at their mercy.

Holiday Inn has a nice resort with their own beach, its located right along side the Tampa bay bridge. Me and the wife spent 3 days there last January,the food was also very good.

The Breakers is the best hotel in Palm Beach, in my opinion- I would say that the service is not ideal (Four Seasons is much better), but the facilities are amazing. A great beach and multiple pools to choose from (as well as golf, tennis, etc).
I would say to avoid Chirstmas/New Years week where it is extremely crowded and often much more expensive than other times of the year.
