We stayed at this property for two nights with our daughter's soccer team. Mike Rind, the General Manager, was most helpful. He provided us with directions to the soccer fields and restaurant suggestions. We were invited to use the hotel's facilities to bring in meals as a group which was most helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the Jacksonville area.
I think this hotel just openned up. It is very new, it has a nice modern decor with a cool water wall, and a nice big lounge/eating area. The staff seem very friendly and the pool was nice and clean. Very convenient off of interstate 95. I would definetly stay here again.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff is very courteous and always ready to help., especially Mike Rind, Director Sales he is simply amazing and always ready to help. Rooms are spacious and nice. It is worth every penny that I paid for the room charge. Excellent. keep it up!!
Our girls softball team has stayed at the Hampton Inn (Bartram Park) twice in the past few months and have been pleased each time. The Sales staff and front desk have been very nice and very accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! It helps out so much when you have a bunch of teens to feed! It is conveniently located to interstates, restaurants, everything. The rates were awesome too! When we go back to Jax for another tournament - we'll stay there.
I stayed at this hotel with 4 other co-workers on an overnight business trip to the Jacksonville area. The hotel provided exactly what we needed, a clean, comfortable, and safe place to spend the night. The facilities included complimentary breakfast along with fresh baked cookies when we returned from work in the evening. The rooms were simple with no extra frills, but just right for what we needed. I would not recommend this hotel for a vacation destination, but would certainly recommend it to any travelers looking for a place to stay off of I-95 or a business person needing a convenient spot to stay in the Jacksonville metro-area.
Right off I-95 & Exit 335 - Old St. Augustine Road (or left depending North or South starting point). Staff polite, professional and extremely welcoming. Decor, at least in my limited knowledge of design, could be called Asian-comtemporary - very relaxing. Accommodations lived up to my HiltonHHonors profile requests - wanting nothing. Morning breakfast service was different - the usual table/seating arrangements, but with a long bar w/stools seating for approximately 16 - 20 guests. Great for those business travelers who want to keep their attire unwrinkled. Check-out swift, pleasnt and painless. Definitely want to return!!!
Looking for a one night stay that would be clean, convenient and affordable. This hotel fit the bill on all counts. Great breakfast, and great fitness equipment!
this hotel is very nice. the gathering area is very attractive and the employees are very friendly & helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable.
The hotel was very pleasant to stay in and the service was outstanding. The pool was a great place to be but it was a little too warm.
