Nice, friendly and central for business
I have stayed here a number of times on business. It is just off Southside Blv in a very central location for business or shoping. Having said that, this being Florida, you will have to drive everywhere. When my wife stayed with me once they did offer her free shuttle to the local shopping districts such as the St John's Town Centre etc.
Unique Quality: Nothing too outstanding, but it is a nice place to stay. I have always found the staff to be friendly and the rooms well kept and comfortable. The beds are good and comfortable. Two points worth noting are the free broadband and the complementary breakfast. Okay you would get a better breakfast if you went elsewhere and paid for it, but I find this hotel (and I have tried a few in the locality) to have the best options and choice particularly the fruit bowl.
There are a number of bars and restuants within walking distance, including the Ale house just beside it and a TGI Fridays just across the road. I find it great particular for me on business, because the staff are friendly, the room and bed is good and the location is within walking distance to a number of restuants. If you were coming for the beach or pure shopping perhaps other places might suit you better.
