Pleasant little hideaway
We reserved a cottage for 4 days/nights for mid January. We were in #1 right next to the road, which meant a 1/2 block walk down to the water, but that was fine. Cottage was very cramped for 2 people, full kitchen was that, But, had to go sideways to get to the only closet next to the stove, where the microwave, toaster & coffeemaker were! Minimum counter space. Cottages are old. Clean, but maintenance is a problem. Lights out, numbers worn off controls on stove & frig; table rocked; rung loose/out on one of the chairs, etc. ONly chairs were the 3 kitchen/hard types & tv was on top of the full size frig, which made it difficult to look up at for very long. It was dying also, but then we didn't want to watch much tv! Continental breakfast served at the office each a.m. was very nice. Would recommend!
Unique Quality: Great sunset views from the chairs/lounges/tiki huts at the water's edge. Not much of a beach & too rocky to wade without shoes. But very relaxing to sit & look at the water.

The Best Little Resort
Sunset Cove a Great Place to be
My family booked a reservation at the cove. We stayed in Suite 9 which is a water front. The beach is really cute with tiki hut and bambo swings under them. We watched an incredible sunset it was great. We love the animals all over the property it was neat. They filled us up with coupons to save money on events we were going to do in the area. Sara we met on arrival. Very Pleasant person , very helpful. Next morning we met Jeanne she told us everything in the area we can do. Even booked us on some events because we forgot our cell. Thank you girls for making our stay wonderful Those girls were great and go beyond for you. Very friendly staff the rooms were very clean. We even got to see sting rays, and horseshoe crabs right from the dock. Love sitting under the big tiki hut listening to the waterfall definately be back love the cove Thank You Girls
