There are two places to stay in Key West with the name Curry in them. I haven't stayed in either of them.
One is Curry Mansion Inn which is a bigger fancier place. Curry House (pictured) is a Bed and Breakfast in a quiet, centrally located part of Old Town. I took the picture while I was walking between houses on the House and Garden tour
Curry house is interesting because after the big fire in Key West in 1886, it was one of the houses brought here from other places. It was built in Turtle Cay and brought here in 1889. It functioned as a residence for the Curry family, for many years.
Unique Quality: More interesting history
Rooms 1 to 4 are on the second floor because shortly after Pearl Curry was widowed in 1943, she opened up the second floor of her house to military officers' wives, and called her house Curry's Rooms. Through the years, these room numbers have been maintained. As the property has evolved, rooms 5 and 6 were added on the main floor, and then at a later date, the roofline was opened up for rooms 7 and 8 on the third floor. Most recently, our "attic room" (9) was converted to a guest room with the original roofline.

Travel Tips for Key West
Key Lime!
by L-A
Key Lime anything - you can get it here. Key Lime pie on a stick (covered with chocolate), regular key lime pie, key lime ice cream and sorbet, key lime coffee and tea, key lime spices and marinades, key lime candy, mixes for key lime pie, key lime juice, etc. I found a key lime shop (devoted to key lime mostly) just down the street from Duvall, heading towards Mallory Square The sunshine - although it was very bright. The atmosphere around Duval reminded me a bit of Bourbon St in New Orleans, although the key lime really was my favourite.
Recoup? Regroup? Retire?
by equispetoot
There is something so soothing to the soul to be by the water. Key West is a good place for many to recouperate or regroup after a trying time. Many desire to retire here. The crowds or solitude, the beach or the clubs, Key West is what you make of it.
The southernmost point is a must-see!
by Zlur
Resembling a giant bouy, encircles in black, yellow and red stripes, sits the Southernmost Point in the Continental USA. Visitors love to snap shots of each other in front of this infamous monument, located only 90 miles from Cuba.

The seven mile bridge is an absolute marvel! It is exhilirating to drive over it on a sunny, hot day with the windows rolled down. You see the light blue waters with coral reefs bursting with life underneath, and the salty warm air fills your lungs, letting you know that you have arrived in a place that is completely something else.
KEY WEST ARCHITECTURE
by Helga67
Take a walk on the four block stretch of William Street from Windsor Lane to Caroline Street for an overview of the typical Key West architecture: wooden picket fences and typical Key West roofs and porches.
