Very Nice Stay!

If you don't need/want to stay within a stones throw of the theme parks or pay over $250/night, then stay here. Rooms are clean, and most important...inexpensive. The staff here is very friendly; pool area clean and inviting, and the area around the hotel is quiet. Don't worry about the Kissimmee airport in the area, never heard any airplanes at night. It is at mile marker 15 on HWY 192, south side and set off the road, enhancing the hotels peaceful atmosphere. Our room had a micro, fridge, and a "windtunnel" hair dryer, according to my wife. I don't know if all the rooms had these, so you will have to ask. It was hot for the 5 days we were there and the A/C unit worked great. You shouldn't have any problems staying here unless you are very, very particular.

This hotel is an incredible value! We paid $49 per night. I think this is the best possible hotel to stay in if you price range is under $70. The place was FLAWLESSLY clean and the carpet gleamed. There was a minifridge and microwave. In paying such a price, I expected this hotel to be grimey, but the cleanliness is that of a 4 star hotel. The only reason that it isn't is that it is a motel, offering modest amenities. Ideal for a trip to Disney or Orlando/Kissimee while on a tight budget.
The Cons: If a swimming pool is important to you, then you may want to think twice about this place. The pool is gated in the middle of the parking lot and is not too big at all!! Good for soaking and some paddeling back and fourth. The outside is not fancy (no different than most of this price range). I had to check out at 6am and because it was so early, I had to do so from behind glass with a speaker. It didn't feel very professional and just felt shady. Aside from that the hotel staff is very accomodating and nice. Also, Do NOT ecpect to check in much ahead of the checkin time. Most hotels will let you in early if the room is clean...we went mid week and were one of maybe 7 rooms in the hotel, and our room was not ready until the checkin time on the dot. Not a fun family hotel because of the pool and lack of a play area.
OVERALL: Would stay here again if the stay is for under 5 days in the summer. (Only reason I say this is because if I were to stay longer, I would want a better pool)

Hotel is not easy to fiend. It lies behind a restaurant. The staff is friendly, the cleaning was not exelent. In my 4 day stay my room was 2 days realy cleaned and refilled (coffee, etc).
I lies on a good touristic location on the US 192 (the touristic place to be in kissimee).
Small airport runway in the area so planes are flying over the hotel (small private planes) if you are in the room it is hard to notice, if outside you will hear the planes come by.
This hotel has a complementaty continental breakfast and a microwave in the room!
Room Was Clean

Hotel was clean which was the positive aspect of our visit. Other than that my husband and my two kids had to deal with the loud noises coming from the room next to us. They said it was a non-smoking room but there was smoking going on in the room next to us. The room was cleaned everyday but the toilet paper and the coffee was not refilled plus the bathroom had a funky smell. The room is ok for the price you pay and if it is for adults only but it is not appropriate for children. The pictures of the hotel are kind of deceiving. The hotel appeared very run down on the outside. I would pay a little more next time to stay in a better hotel.

First I have to say this hotel is not all that close to any great "action"...however it's not in a bad area as some seem to suggestion. I didn't find getting to this hotel to be very difficult either. Yeah, it's behind a Mexican restaurant...but it's not hidden. Check in was quite easy and the desk clerk was moderately friendly. Our room was on the back end facing the bowling alley on the top floor. We had a non smoking 2 queen bed room. The hotel in general is nothing fancy, but inside the hotel is newly rennovated and it's quite nice.
Every day the housekeepers would come by, though we didn't want our room cleaned. By day 3 the housekeepers actually left towels and wash clothes in a bag on our door, I thought was a nice gesture. We actually didn't need them yet because we had enough towels, but the thought was definitely appreciated and noticed. The only problem I found was some rude people kept taking our "do not disturb" sign out of our door. They obviously don't provide them in the room and you have to ask for them at the desk. Sheesh, some people are so lazy. Just go down and ask for them! Not the hotel's fault...though it would be nice if they would provide them in every room.
I didn't try the pool, but it looked like it was quite popular. It was in the middle of the parking lot in the front. Sounds worse than it was though. I would have gotten in, but not enough time to do so.
Also, the free breakfast...wasn't bad at all. Pretty much the usual...cereal, bagels, danishes, juice. It was "free"...so no complaints.
I really liked this hotel for being in a budget. I admit if you can stay somewhere closer to the action...do so, but this place is definitely nicer than a lot of the other budget hotels. If you are looking for a low priced budget hotel, this is the best option!

This hotel is a good value. It is a pretty good overall location. Lots of restaurants around and pretty close to the Disney Parks. It is off the road and a bit hard to find between the abandon restaurants. However, there is a nice little local bowling alley that is behind it that serves a yummy hamburger. There is a Sam's Club and Target right down the street. I normally hate staying on the first floors of motels but we felt totally fine for the two weeks we were there. I even got in the swimming pool....at a motel that says a LOT. There were bunches of families every morning at the little breakfast. It's not really exciting, but a bagel goes a ways when you are looking at Disney's food pricing. This website helped a lot!! Thanks!

This hotel was a great value. It was clean and well maintained. Our room at the back of the hotel was spacious and very quiet. It was kept very clean, and little touches like fan-folded washcloths made this "modest" room seem special. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, safe, ironing board and iron, and hair dryer. The breakfast room was ALWAYS clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our "commute" to Disney World took about 20 minutes. I can highly recommend this hotel for travellers on a budget.
Clean but may need earplugs

The room was clean but I highly recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The regional airport is a mile a way and the planes were landing every 15 minutes on Friday evening. They were very loud. Other than that, it is a nice stay when on a tight budget.
Great Value and Convenient

We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor, and the reviews were very accurate! This hotel is conveniently located to all the Orlando attractions, and was close to restaurants and a drug store. We spent our days at the parks, so this hotel was perfect for us- just a place to rest our heads! It appeared that the other guests had the same thing in mind- it appeared to be a popular place for families and couples. This is NOT a fancy hotel. The pool looked fine, in the middle of the parking lot, and the free breakfast was nothing fancy, just cereal and muffins/bagels- but enough to get us through the morning and on our way out the door. Everything seemed clean, although the room service was a bit strange- they took our trash and towels the first day, but didn't replace them or make the beds. I just asked them not to come back after that- we were only there for a short time.
Do not book this hotel...you wil be sorry!

Checked in and checked out - do not book this hotel...you will be sorry. Do not be cheap. It is unsafe, no security, filthy and the pool...there are no words.
