Central Motel Kissimmee

The Central Motel is a DUMP. This place is run down, many A/C units don’t work and others can’t keep the rooms cool. Rugs are caked with grime, it is roach infested. The 1 house keeper also does the laundry and does so without bleach, the way the owners wife wants it, the laundry would be done without soap! As it is they don’t use bleach or fabric softener.
Sheets and pillow cases are tattered and holy, yellow with age. The pillows show dark yellow and brown stains. Bath towels are tattered and course due to lack of fabric softener. Many rooms have flea infestations and smell of pet dogs that used the carpet as a bathroom. There is discontent among the staff and guest.
Guess of questionable moral fiber come and go at all hours of the day and night. I personally was asked on several occasions by other guess if I wanted to buy and or sell drugs! The guess in the room next door brought in at least 5 different large screen TV’s during the week he was here before he was arrested. The county sheriff knocked on my door to ask if I had any knowledge of anyone staying at the motel selling stolen property! Well that did get me worrying about how safe it is here.
The overnight front desk staff turn off the office phone at night so guess can’t reach the front desk to complain about strangers knocking on your door at 2:30 AM, or question what can be done about a non working A/C unit, complain about the 3 dogs in the room next door barking at 1:00 AM.
They have a pool here if you don’t mind swimming in nasty water. Look at the photos.
A heap of trash has been in the parking lot my entire stay.
1 roll of TP per week if you rent for a week!

I can’t recommend strongly enough to stay away from this motel!
Don’t risk your well being, the safety of your family or ruining your vacation by staying here.
This is a first class dump and you will regret staying here.

Unique Quality: Not one, this place sucks!!!

Directions: Next door to a run down trailer park with lots of crime and drugs.
