Stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. Excellent service, granted the only service available was the daily room cleaning, but it was very clean. The room had 2 queen size beds with a double sofa bed. We slept 5 very comfortably. The room also comes with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and a full-size bathroom. Located just off the main drag in Kissimmee behind Old Town. It was quiet while in the room from the outsideas well as from the hallway. Lots of restaurants nearby, but the hotel gives a free continental breakfast (hot and cold) every morning. Every guest takes advantage of it, so go very early to get a seat. That was the only downfall, there was not enough seating in the "dining room area" . Aside from that would definately go back and stay again. It was centrally located for Disney, Sea World, Gatorland, Medievel Times, and an hour drive to Kennedy Space Center. Rates were very inexpensive. Good choice.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Comfort Suites Maingate East.
Had a fabulous time. Comfort Suites was the best accommodation we have stayed in whilst visting florida. Very Clean and comfortable. Good location. Hotel is very well maintained. Pool area very inviting, with plenty of loungers. Felt very safe and secure whilst there. Friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast buffet. Overall we were very happy with all aspects of the accommodation and we would stay again.

Just returned from a ten day stay at the Comfort Suites. What a great hotel and a fantastic rate of under 51.00 through AARP. We were up-graded to a larger room and given a welcome back basket a goodies which was in our room when we walked in. Nice touch Huh??? Overall stay was outstanding. Breakfast was more than you could expect (try the fresh made waffles, there out of this world!!!) The elevators were not much of a problem while we were there, but it was also a slow time of the year. The pool area was very nice and the buy one get one free cocktails cards they give you came in very handy. Overall it is a first rate hotel for the price and location.

This is possibly the best value we've ever had on a hotel stay. The rates are very affordable, and the quality of the accomodations are quite nice. the rooms have those things that make a family able to stay comfotably for extended trips, such as a laundry room, mini kitchen, and large sitting area. The pool and hot tub were lovely and make a nice place to hang out on 'days off' from themeparking.
We will stay again, for certain!

My husband and 3-yr old daughter got back from a 5 day stay at the Comfort Suites the week before X-mas. We had a wonderful stay and what stood out the most was the excellent housekeeping. It was so nice to come back from being all day in the parks to a perfectly clean and organized room. I think the breakfast buffet was good but a little overrated. It also gets very crowded on the weekends, I ended up taking my breakfast upstairs to eat in the room. I would definitely reccomend the Comfort Suites and I would go again. On a side note, Universal Islands of Adventure is not to be missed. It may sound blasphemous to say this, but I loved it more than the Disney parks! Theres something for everybody, my daughter LOVED the Dr Seuss area the most! And if youre a roller coaster nut definitely don't miss the Hulk Coaster and Dueling Dragons!

I looked on the web for months to get the right hotel at a good price the room we had was big. it was the perfect size for 5 people the staff was friendly and helpful. the one thing that I wants happy with was the shuttle schedule we had to wate in the rain for 2 hours wating for it to pick us up. and it was always over filled so we had to stand most of the time.

Just returned from here 2 weeks ago.We stayed here for 5 nights @49.99 per night What a great value The free continental Breakfast was better than most-there were freshly made waffles every day. The rooms were CLEAN and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Disney World and numerous restaurants in every price range.
Nice hotel, terrible shuttle

The hotel was nice, clean good location to Old Town property. Plenty of places to get food and things to do. The free shuttle was less then great. Rides to and from Disney was always an hour ride due to all the stops and backtracking the shuttle makes. We picked this hotel due to the location thinking the mile or two distance to Disney meant the ride was short, it wasn't. Several times it was standing room only and a few times the last hotel or Disney park pickup was skipped as there was no more room on the bus. Our stay was good with the exception of the shuttle.

I searched for the right hotel and read all the comments about comfort suite and they are right. Close to Disney , a lot of eating places with different price ranges. There is a mini supermarket nearby if you need diapers or medicine. Superb housekeeping, very comfy beds, large suite,microwave,tv,mini fridge and of course the free breakfast (donuts,waffles, biscuit and gravy were delicious, banana, oranges,cereals, oatmeal, yogurt,mini muffins,coffee,apple sauce etc..). I didnt use the free shuttle because they say it takes forever.
Very quite,the staff are not rude at all but the elevator is quite slow. I will stay here again next time.I will recommend this hotel for everbody!!!
