nice family holiday

I brought my family along on a business trip, and the condo we rented from Holiday Villas worked out great. I usually stay in hotels but the extra space was just what we needed (surprisingly roomy). Also, the buildings are low-rise buildings with easy access. Friendly staff and prompt response when we had a brief glitch in TV service. Disneyworld was an easy drive and they have a free shuttle option. We found it all very convenient as well as economical. Our kids had fun at the pool and game room and were happily occupied when not at theme parks. There is quite a bit of shopping in close proximity and reasonably priced dining.

We stayed at Holiday Villas 2 years ago, and like that visit, we had a fun time. Orlando is hot in July and I heard they had record temps this year. It was toasty indeed this time. But are family had a ball at the parks, and we were always seem to find new and fun things to do. The Holiday Villas condos are very well located for park visits, restaurants, and shopping. Ous second floor condo was well appointed and large. For a family of five it was perfect for us. Though this is not a full service type hotel, staff was friendly and helpful and on site clubhouse building has lots of convenience items. Pool area, though modest in size was very well maintained and equipped. Check in is at their retail center at a nearby major intersection but always open and easy to locate. We will come back again.
Good location for Disney

We stayed in early July for 6 nights anf found Holiday Villas to be an excellent location for visiting Disney. Our kids enjoyed the rec. building with games and nice staff. We reserved a villa with computer which my husband much appreciated as they have high-speed internet. Lots of space and Disney shuttle was certainly helpful. Villa was quite well maintained compared with other experiences we have had. It was nice to see a security patrol on premises. A good, no hassle choice for visiting this area.

We stayed at Holiday Villas last week--our first trip to Orlando with our two little ones. It worked our perfect for us as there is lots of room and many conveniences. We found it very good for the Magic Kingdom especially. Friendly staff was helpful. Aside from intermittent rain during the stay we had a most enjoyable time and would return here. The price was definitely a plus. I am sure we could have stayed somewhere more posh but at much higher cost. A nice condo is a great way to go.

just got back from our trip in orlando thank god i did research of the hotels and villas in the orlando area. the holiday villas were 10 times better looking than some of the ones we went past on our way to disney world and around kissimmee area. the villas are very clean inside and out. i agree that they do have some wear on them but minor things. the pool area was very nice and well kept. it was nice to have the clubhouse open late just in case you needed something prices were reasonable considering that all of orlando is expensive even mcdonalds!!! If you dont plan on being in your room that much this is the place for you.

After getting a recommendation from a co-worker I reserved the Holiday Villas near Disney. The process of booking it on their site was nice and simple and all went well from there. We like the laid back and roominess of condos in general, but have had some negative outcomes in the past. This one was very professional and well operated. Condos were large and well outfitted and facilities were in quite good shape. The grounds were very nicely maintained. It is an excellent condo choice for Disney visits in particular, but still near malls, restaurants and other theme parks.
Overall this was well worth it and at a very reasonable price compared to a lot of things out there. For our family of 5 it was just right and we will come back next year.
Convenient location

Thank goodness I had read a previous review of the Holiday Villas on this site. It provided some forewarning as to how difficult it was to locate the check-in.
The check-in is actually located in a strip mall, totally not something one would expect or look for and the website did not provide any information at all.
Once we checked in and located our condominium, we breathed a little easier. Our condo had all of the creature comforts of home. Having a washer and dryer was great. Especially since we did not have daily maid service. We did four loads of laundry (mainly towels) during our four day stay.
The location was great. We were conveniently located close to many restaurants, gift shops, gas stations, fast food, grocery stores etc.
(Smokey Bones restaurant was great!!) We were also close to the theme parks. (about 15 minutes from Universal)
We also took advantage of the ticket office and purchased our tickets to Universal there. We saved some money and avoided having to stand in line at the theme park.

Our family had a great time. It was really a laid back place and convenient. The villa was clean and well equipped. We reserved one with a computer and that was very handy. Nice grounds and friendly staff. Free shuttle to Disney not as fast as driving yourself but saves the $$$ daily parking charge. Very good for Disney visits and a value price.

I recommend this villa hotel, expecially for families visiting Disney. It is a very good spot for Disney visits. There is a free bus which isnt as fast as driving yourself by any means but it saves parking and it allows you to split up and come and go at different times, which is what we did. The villa was large, clean and nicely done. Grounds are well groomed and clean. Nice employees and quite professional. Check in is at a nearby off site location but its always open and very nice help. A minor maintenance problem was handled right away. Good prices. We will come back next time we visit the area.
