Not bad

We arrived at 3pm ready to check in for 5 nights but they told us to come back after 4pm. When we came back at 4:15 we were checked in within minutes.
The room was a standard room without micro-fridge. I booked through "last minutetravel" for only $31.00 a night so this was a great bargain. The room on the second floor was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and the a.c. was a fairly new unit so it wasn't noisy and we got a good night's sleep. I tend to be a light sleeper, so quiet is very important to me.
The T.V. was good, lots of channels.
The self laundry was good.
The chambermaid came every day between 4 & 6pm and they did a good job and always left plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc.
On the down side: All the ice machines were not working, some of the common areas were littered and dirty, there was some grunge on the un-heated pool walls, the hot tub wasn't hot enough.
To sum it up: This is a decent motel, not a resort. It was fairly clean and quiet and located fifteen minutes from Disney. Lots of eateries and Wal-mart & Target within minutes away.
For $31.00 a night, I am a satisfied customer.

We found this "resort" online which looked pretty nice, until you get there.
First of all its not a resort it is more like a motel. The staff are unfriendly the rooms are dirty. Our room looked like it had never been clean when I asked to change rooms I was told they were full. I walked by plenty of unoccupied rooms. The bar lost it liquor license when we were there so there was no poolside bar. The free ice cream was a hoodies cup and the kids got to add the sprinkles. The safe in the room couldn't be opened once closed and we had to wait 2 hours for someone to come up and open it. It's cheap for a reason.

On the plus side was a moderately spacious room with a king bed and jacuzzi. On the negative side was a room facing a noisy pool (till 10 or 11 pm), barely adequate cleanliness that cannot get past the deep dirt in the cheap carpet or furnishings, and the overall dated motel ambience. The bottom line is I would never stay here again when there are better, equally priced alternatives.

Don't ask. Sink was chocked. Hair found in corner and sink. Absolutely nasty! Service was okay, but why not stay somewhere else? This is not a 2-star hotel or a 2.5 star hotel that one website told me. It has to be a 1.5 star hotel at the max.
Get what you pay for!

We checked in and the room had a fridge and microwave. We went and checked out the pool and hottub and when we came back and really checked out the room there were bugs coming out of a hole under the counter where the sink was. I called the front desk and they found another room for us. When I went to get the key, the clerk informed me that the room he had given us was no longer available. He informed me that he did not know why it was not available for us, he was told by the girl that was working there with her child in tow, we could not have the room. We were moved to rm 258 (moved ourselves) and it was half blocked by the stair columns but it had no bugs. We had asked for pool side but were told there were none available but all the curtains stayed open the whole 2 nights we stayed. Good location. Good hottub and pool. Good enough.

I was looking for something inexpensive, clean, with food service, a pool for the kids to play in, and centrally located to places that my family and myself wanted to see, and this is definately the place. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for and everyone that was employeed there worked very hard to serve us,they were all very nice and very freindly. Thanks you, to all of you folks that made our vacation a very pleasant experience.
