Its something we had seen been advertised but had never done in serveral trips. We decided to go off an do one of the airboat rides, and the one that seemed to offer the best trip was the airboat rides at cypress lake....and boy was we amazed at the beautiful lake and dead river, the scenery was gorgeous, was a lovely sunny day and saw a few crocs and an osprey with its catch aswell up very close and personal. Is quite expensive, $45 per person, but you really do need at least an hour for this....do not do the 30 minute ones as they do not offer enough time to just enjoy nature.
We enjoyed the time on the airboat and the time spend at base looking around, well recommneded but its a little outside of kissimmee so a car is needed!
