from the uk,we thought leesburg would be the ideal place to stop before heading north on the 75.simply which is the best hotel to stop overnight, days inn looks ok?
Keep in mind that in this country what you are talking about is probabaly not a hotel but a motel, and they are pretty rigorously operated to standard specifications (Think Ibis or Sofitel.). Days Inn would be fine, but so would any number of other chain motels. Econolodge, Ramada Inn, Super 8, Holiday Inn, etc, etc. What are your requirements? These chains are pretty standard so you will get pretty much the same basic facilities in any of them, the main difference being atmospheric.
On my various roadtrips, the only cigar smelling dump I ever stayed in was the Econolodge in Savannah, and, sadly, any number of NON-chain, independent motels.
i reccommend the Holiday in in Leesburg. nice little restaurant in it as well. i have stayed there a couple times
hi,thanks for your replies,we just want a basic, clean motel just to get some rest from the flight over,a dennys nearby would be a bonus.
