bedbugs

This is hard to write up, because it is such a beautiful peaceful place to stay, but the unit I rented was infested with bedbugs (I had over 70 bites show up). The truly unfortunate part is that when I called the management to let them know (so the next guest wouldn't encounter this), I was given 3 different numbers to call (runaround - really, I just wanted them to know) and there was nothing to indicate that they were going to do anything about it... like he was indignant that I would even suggest they had bedbugs (get over it and treat the issue). I don't believe they will safeguard you, or your child against the issue. Too bad, because this was a gorgeous, wonderful ralaxing place... but eeew.

Unique Quality: gorgeous, quiet, relaxing

"indigo reef resort"

beautiful place, very quiet. the pool is heated saline pool, which is great for your skin. the pool looks exactly like the ad's pictures.
we booked unit 60. it was by far the best unit. right on the water, with great porch furniture.
this is not the place, if you want to be able to walk to marathon areas. it is secluded. you need a car just to get to the main road.
be sure to bring your ipod and speakers, beach towels.
the walls are thin in the 3 bedrooms, so a noise reduction machine would be helpful.
the staff was very attentive to our needs.
the fisheries, has a great bar and good food.
the green turtle, good place for dinner or lunch
franks is fantastic! you need reservations, very small place.
ladeda's on duval street key west is great!

Q: walking lane on 7 mile bridge? "Is there a pedestrian lane across 7 Mile Bridge? I am training for a marathon and would like to run across the bridge."
