Great place to rent a Condo!
This building is a great place to rent a condo in on Marco Island. It is in a gated community with covered parking. The condo was a 2 bedroom unit with a balcony looking over the Gulf of Mexico. It is aproximately 30 stories high and has views over both the gulf and the inlets behind. There is a main office in the lobby where there is also Wireless High Speed Internet access.
Unique Quality: There is also a pool which is shared with one other condo building. All the units have spectacular views of the beach and inlet. The gated community is nice and offers saftey and security.SSNW is one of four condominium associations that is part of a master association called South Seas Club (SSC). SSC manages commonly shared facilities, such as tennis courts, boat docks, a boardwalk, a manned main access gate, and common roadways and grounds, which are available for use by all residents of each individual association.
